Where to Eat

Breakfast – The hotel, Hotel della Piccola Marina has great breakfast! I never ate anywhere else but def go get an espresso at one of the little bars in town. Stand there and sling it back, it’s the Italian way!

LUNCH- ok so I have only eaten lunch in 1 place in Capri- La Fontelina!! Similar to Positano- you make a reservation here for the day for the beach and you eat lunch. As stated also above make reservations for 2 days I’m that confident you’ll want to go back! Heaven on literal earth. I walked there form hotel and took boat back that they provide

GELATO- Yes, this gets its own category and i think its pretty self explanatory! There is a place int he center of town called Gelateria Buonocore. There is a little window you walk up to- you will smell it. It is both a bakery and gelateria- I advise you to go a tleast once a day, if not twice.

DINNER-

  • Il Generaio- amazing gem I found the second time I was here. It’s right past town. They have a live band. It’s very romantic. The food was amazing the wine list was so great LOVED it
  • Da Paolino- this is the classic lemon tree dinner spot! It’s classic and iconic. It def isn’t the best meal I’ve had in my entire life but was good! I went both years I came here. The atmosphere is great you’re literally sitting under lemon trees and everything is lemon flavored! Stay after and have a drink at the bar
  • Villa Verde- so amazing! It’s in town down a street. A Capri classic. The walls are lined with celebs from years and years ago till now who have come. The food was insane!!!

Sealed with a Spritz
