Ok so, people don’t really think of health and great food when they think of London. I did my research before the first time I went bc I am GF (not celiac) and I don’t eat fish (bye fish and chips). I found so many healthy options, I’m sure my list isn’t even a tip of the iceberg.
Farm Girl Café– my ride or die in London!!! I’m here almost daily when I’m In town! Both the breakfast and lunch are amazing. The food is really healthy and SO GOOD. I’ve been to both the Notting Hill and SOHO locations. SOHO is a little more central so easier to get to. This is a MUSTTTT.
Farmacy– Very good juices! Great vegan options and salads. Come here after you land, and you feel stuffy after the flight! I’’s also cute AF
7 Grains Café– This is a SOHO gem. It’s a small take away spot but the food is delish. It’s usually buzzing with the lunch break crowd, but that just means everyone loves it so def wait out the line! Great for when you are shopping on regent street and need to fuel up!
