So it goes without saying you NEEED to go to pubs. And have a PIMMS Cup. Literally close your eyes and walk 4 feet and you’ll most likely find a pub, it’s amazing. Let me tell you, if I’ve learned anything about the Britts, it’s that they LOVE to drink. Like they go to “lunch” and have 3 pints- God Bless. Any way you can drink anywhere in London and it’s great. There are so many places I’ve forgotten but here’s a list of what I can remember.
PROTIP FOR MY SINGLE LADIES- go down to the “financial district,” get off at the Bank Station Tube and walk the streets and find a pub. There will tons of guys, post-work having pints, in suits. YOU’RE WELCOME.
The Alchemist– Great cocktails, very gramable but also delish. They have a pink drink that foams and smokes. Very bespoke and cool! Good before-dinner drink spot or after before you go out!
The Ned- classic London for drinks! Must do
The Botanist– Great cocktails near above said area; in the nice weather it opens up to a huge courtyard that EVERYONE goes after work it’s amazing
The Shard– There are a few bars up at the top, just get up there and have a spritz with the view of the entire city, pretty surreal
Coppa Club– On the water with a view of Tower Bridge (Hello, Spice World)
ME Rooftop Hotel– GREAT atmosphere, good bar food too
Sketch– If you didn’t get a selfie with the egg toilets, did you even go to London? Make a res bc it gets crazy. Food isn’t worth it, but cocktails and vibes are.
The Ivy– classic London, great bilinnis, and good people watching
Sky Garden– MUST. View is amazing
Sushi Samba– Great vibes and cocktails
BatterSea Power Station– Cool new concept, worth checking out
Shangri-La– Drinks with a view, also you can get champagne “tea” here
The Ritz– Just go for one drink- it’s an EXPERIENCE and so classic
Tequila Mockingbird– Fun late-night, more locals, less tourist
Mr. Fogg’s– great cocktails
Bob Bob Richards– They have a push for champagne button, need I say more?
Tonight Josephine– cheeky af and good for late night
Sealed with a Spritz
xx – Kristine
